Hi! I’m Cate – the maker, engraver, and creative heart behind Ruthless Customs. You might also come across Guy and our two children working alongside me as we turn our creative interests into a family business.

What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into a small business fueled by passion, precision, and a love for meaningful design.

Based in the Gungahlin area of Canberra, I create engraved serving boards, coasters, custom signs, and a range of home wares – each piece carefully crafted to celebrate life’s little (and big) moments.

At Ruthless Customs, anything is possible. If you can dream it, there’s a good chance we can create it together. I’m always up for new ideas and custom projects.

Every item that leaves my workshop is made with intention and personality. Whether you're gifting a custom board for a wedding, ordering a sign for your family home, or looking for that perfect personalized touch – I’m here to bring your ideas to life.
